Processing time

All of our products are made to order processing time is between 1-3 weeks depending on the product availability. Most orders arrive in 7-14 days.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail 2-day service with tracking included. 

All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking included unless otherwise selected. Please allow 1-3 weeks (varies by location) for international orders to arrive. Custom fees if any are the buyer responsibility and is not included in the shipping charge. 

We ship to the address provided upon check out.

Tracking is included on every single order. Tracking information can be accessed on the receipt page for your order. 


Very rarely your item can became unavailable after the purchase in such instance we will provide other color/style options or a full refund.

All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority International with tracking.  Please allow 1-3 weeks for international orders to arrive once the item has shipped. 


Orders can be exchanged/returned for up to 7 days after you received your order. We offer full refund minus shipping costs. Please do not ship Returns shipped back in only the original shoe box. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. This includes the original shoe box. 
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item so please include tracking and confirmation.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
